By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service provided.Most commissions handled here are for personal use only, if you wish to request a piece for commercial use please contact me on [email protected].If you wish to commission me, please message me through my discord: josu8294 or my email. In your message, please include he following;• Character name: (Name of the character you want to commission.)
• Character's designer: (Artist name or franchise they are from.)
• Reference: (A clear reference with pictures and detailed description of their physical aspects.)
• Commission Type: ( Bust / Half body / Full body...)
• Background: ( None / Simple / Transparent / Any elements you want included..?)
• Other: (Personality / Traits / Mannerism / Anything useful that will allow me to draw the character accurately)

Terms of service
▌Most commissions handled here are for personal use only, if you wish to request a piece for commercial use please contact me on [email protected].- Payment through Paypal only, no refunds.
- You are free to use the finished piece by any means unless it is for commercial use.
- Please make sure proper credits are given regardless if you had paid for this.
- Please prepare proper reference materials, both description and images are required. I do not accept vague details about the character.
- Please keep in mind that my art style changes depending on the type of commission you want to request. Though, if you want a specific art style with a specific theme make sure to remind me ahead of time and provide images from my own examples.
- I have the rights as the artist to decline any request that I deem too difficult. This includes requests that make me uncomfortable.Payment
- All payments are paid 50/50 to avoid possible scams for both parties.
- Before sending the full high quality image of the commission, the client is required to pay the rest of the 50/50 payment first.
- Be sure to pay within the 48 hours limit after I send the initial sketch of your commission, unless given reason for your prolonged response, I will cancel your commission.
- I will provide a full refund if I am unable to do your commission. Otherwise, no refunds.Do's and Don'ts
- I am capable of drawing moderate backgrounds (e.g. sky, sea, grass plains). Otherwise, backgrounds that includes highly detailed elements will not be accepted yet.
- Gore and violent elements are okay as long as it is not used for a negative purpose.
- Do not come to me if your commission includes anything that contains harmful content towards real life people, or anything that is requested specifically for hate use. Doing so will get you permanently banned.
- I can draw artistic nudity, suggestive, and mild sexual elements for a commission, but explicit NSFW will be immediately rejected.
- No explicit fetish content. Please.Progress
Before you pay the first half, I will submit a messy sketch for approval in which you can list down what needs to be changed. Afterwards, I will send the second draft as the final approval. During this stage please be sure to finalize inspecting everything. Although, I will continue to send updates of the piece to ensure that you are satisfied with every detail.
Any mistakes that you were not able to spot beforehand will not be my responsibility as you had every chance to tell me before you pay the final half.If you wish to suddenly change or add a new character in the middle of the commission progress, it will cost you extra depending on the extent of your sudden request.
